A proud British bulldog in 40% milk. Inspired by the life-size chocolate sculpture in our Leeds café. We only use original chocolate moulds we design ourselves.
The Pod Cup
A unique fluted beaker inspired by the shape of a sliced cocoa pod from our Rabot Estate plantation in Saint Lucia. Designed by the artist Andrew Wicks.
The Simplicity Pocket Collection
Made with pure ingredients in cocoa, nuts, fruit and fizz: Simple Milks, Illegal Giandujas, Raspberry Smoothies and Champagne Truffles.
Classic Hot Chocolat
Just pure 70% dark grated chocolate flakes, for deep cocoa drinking chocolate that’s not too sweet. We never use powers or syrups!
72% Dark Saint Lucia Island Growers
Full-bodied dark with notes of oak-aged red wine. Made with cocoa grown by farmers on our Engaged Ethics programme in Saint Lucia.
Ecuador 80% Supermilk Pure
Chocolate without compromise. No added sugar, no sugar substitutes. Just organic cocoa beans and creamy, organic milk. A first for us.
Salted Caramel Vodka 50ml
Small-batch English vodka infused with salted caramel and cocoa, with a whole cocoa bean from our estate inside each bottle.
Mint Royale Selector
Refreshing butter-mint caramel with white crème, served in a dark cup. Chocolate democracy in action: a Create-a-Chocolate competition winner.
Carrot Cake Selector
The orange colour inside is all from real carrot, blended with walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Creamy, satisfying and subtly spicy.
Treacle Tart Selector
Smooth buttery toffee and almond praline, with a hint of lemon, golden syrup and crushed corn flakes for pastry-like crunch.

Dark chocolate contains minimum 70% cocoa solids. Milk chocolate contains minimum 40% cocoa solids, minimum 20% milk solids. Caramel chocolate contains minimum 36% cocoa solids, minimum 26% milk solids. White chocolate contains minimum 36% cocoa solids, minimum 27% milk solids.
