Competitions: Hotel Chocolat regularly offers followers on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X (Twitter) the chance to win Hotel Chocolat products and, from time to time, prizes from selected partners.

How to Enter: To enter, follow the instructions on the official competition post. Entries submitted after the stated closing time will not be counted.

Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Hotel Chocolat, its group companies, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter. Winners: Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries across participating platforms. Winners will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform used to enter within 7 days of the competition closing. Winners must respond within 72 hours or an alternative winner may be selected. Please be aware of scam accounts. Hotel Chocolat will only contact winners via its official social media channels and will never ask for payment.

Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Travel or additional expenses are not included unless stated. If a prize is unavailable due to stock or other unforeseen circumstances, Hotel Chocolat reserves the right to offer a gift card or alternative prize of equal value.

General: Hotel Chocolat reserves the right to amend or withdraw a competition where necessary. Hotel Chocolat is not responsible for lost, delayed, or invalid entries. Personal data will be used solely for the administration of the competition, in line with Hotel Chocolat’s Privacy Policy.
