We nurture our cacao beans from seed, directly growing some of them on our own Saint Lucia farm. From roots to wrapper, we have a unique understanding in how to care for the bean. Each step in creating the perfect chocolate taste is thus treated with precision and care, delivering a product bursting with sumptuous cacao notes.
