A little more about this exquisite chocolate? This is a rare and vintage cocoa from the Sierra Nevada mountains on Colombia’s Caribbean coast. This region produces flavour-rich, high-quality cacao — and we thought it would make the perfect base for these almond pralines. We’re involved with every step of our chocolate making process, ensuring sustainability and quality remain central to what we do.
