Nothing’s quite as satisfying as the natural crunch and creaminess of a plump macadamia nut. When crafting the recipe for these Chocolate Macadamia Nuts Selectors, we made sure that the sweety buttery nuts would take centre stage.
We take a whole roasted macadamia, surround it in delicious praline and cover it in chocolate. Pop one in your mouth and enjoy a moment of escapism - with a steaming hot cuppa, reading your favorite book, or just taking five minutes to sit - this moment is for you!
It's the crisp and light texture of the macadamia nut alongside their smooth, buttery taste which makes them entirely unique and incredibly moreish! We inherited macadamia trees on our Rabot Estate in Saint Lucia, growing amongst our cocoa. This was a pairing that was destined to be.
We take our macadamias and grind them into an almost smooth, very slightly crunchy praline. Into this we sit our perfect macadamias, before coating this partnership in a thick layer of our 40% cocoa milk chocolate.
We always make cocoa the star ingredient in our products. As some of our cocoa beans are individually selected from our Rabot Estate in Saint Lucia, we have an in-depth knowledge of how to craft the perfect chocolate, from roots to wrapper. In our 40% milk chocolate the cacao hues really come through to give an extra chocolatey taste. We think this perfectly offsets the creaminess provided by the macadamia.
