World Chocolate Day Prize Draw 2025

 

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over only. Employees of the Hotel Chocolat Group and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person. Entries must be received via the official competition page between 1st July and 22nd July 2025.
One winner will be selected at random during the week commencing 27th July 2025 and will be contacted via email by 15th August 2025. If we are unable to contact the winner within 14 days of the notification, an alternative winner may be selected.

The prize includes:

• A five-night stay for two adults at Rabot Hotel, Saint Lucia (bed and breakfast package)


• Two Bean to Bar experiences at Project Chocolat


• Return economy-class flights from a UK airport


• Roundtrip airport transfers in Saint Lucia
  

The prize must be redeemed within one year of receipt (by August 2026), and is valid for travel between 1st June and 30th October, subject to hotel availability.
Travel dates are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. Early booking is recommended to secure preferred dates.
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
Both travellers must hold valid passports with at least six months' validity from the date of travel. It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure they are eligible to travel, including securing any visas or travel authorisations required.
Connecting travel to and from the UK airport is not included.
The winner and guest are responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance and for covering any additional costs incurred during the trip, including meals (outside the B&B package), drinks, excursions, and other personal expenses.
It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they are fit to travel and meet any health or vaccination requirements that may apply at the time of travel.
If the winner or their guest is unable to travel due to illness, including COVID-19 or other medical conditions, the prize will be forfeited. No alternative prize, compensation, or rearranged travel will be offered.
Hotel Chocolat is not responsible for any flight cancellations, delays, missed connections, or schedule changes made by the airline, nor for any adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or local restrictions that may affect travel plans or enjoyment of the experience.
Force Majeure & Events Beyond Control: Hotel Chocolat will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, travel disruption, industrial action, terrorism, war, epidemic, pandemic, or any local or international government restrictions or advice.
The winner may be asked to participate in publicity related to the competition. By entering, you agree that if you win, your name and general location (e.g., city or county) may be published or shared on Hotel Chocolat's social media and marketing channels.
Hotel Chocolat reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw, the prize, or these terms at any time without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control.

Velvetiser Owners Warranty - Saint Lucia Prize Draw

Trip to be taken within 1 year of receiving the prize. To be booked for stays between 1st June and 30th October subject to hotel availability. Offer is available to you and one other guest only. Over 18’s only. Both guests must have a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining before expiry, and be eligible to travel outside of the UK. Winners are responsible for any Visa requirements if required. Hotel stay will include transfers to and from St Lucia airport, bed and breakfast for 5 nights only, and 1 Project Chocolat experience for the two guests. Additional food, drinks and experiences are excluded. Flights must be economy class and direct from the UK only. Connecting flights and transfers to and from the UK airport are not included. Winners are responsible for their own travel insurance. You must be over the age of 18 and living in the UK. Prize draw will take place once annually following warranty registrations between qualifying period of 1st January – 31st December. In Store Café Survey

To enter the prize draw to win a £100 chocolate voucher, enter by 9am on Friday 15th November 2024. We will keep your email address in line with our Privacy Policy and to contact you if you win to ask the best address to deliver the prize to. You must be over the age of 18 and living in the UK, Ireland or Channel Islands. The winner will be chosen by Friday 22nd November 2024 from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.
