Milk chocolate, redefined. Back in 2015 we broke the traditional milk chocolate mould and created a revolutionary mix of 65% cocoa by adding a splash of milk and just a sprinkling of sugar. The result? A rich, heady chocolate flavour, tempered with the creamy flavour and texture of a milk chocolate - and all with less sugar than our 70% dark chocolate. 

This is the chocolate for when you can’t decide between the comforting indulgence of a milk chocolate, and the refined cocoa-rich taste of a dark. We’re not going to tell you it’s healthy, but as the milk adds its own sweetness, we realised we didn’t have to add as much sugar - so our Supermilk has 20 grams less sugar than our 40% milk, and 3 grams less than our 70% dark. 

Bitter but sweet, intense but creamy, this Supermilk chocolate toes the line between the dark and milk in an oh-so satisfying way. The higher cocoa levels mean you don’t need as much to quench a chocolate craving, and there will even be enough to share (if you want to, of course!)
