Exclusively for Easter, we’ve topped these highly nibbly biscuits with our beloved hazelnut praline bunny.

A cut above the classic accompaniment to your afternoon hot drink, our Cookies Luxe Easter Edition takes all the best aspects of a chocolate biscuit and supercharges them to create a recipe that’s exceptionally chocolatey and deeply satisfying.  

Each handmade cacao biscuit is studded with cacao nibs and hazelnut pieces for a texture that’s both buttery soft and exceptionally crunchy. This is lavished in a thick layer of mellow and creamy 40% milk chocolate. Then, they’re topped with a very special guest – our Hazelnut Praline City Bunny . All dressed up in naturally coloured bow ties, these fancy fellows are filled with super-smooth hazelnut praline (one of our chocolatier’s specialities), which complements the real roasted hazelnut within the biscuit itself.
