The same chocolate we use in our recipes, ready for you to use in yours. Create perfect desserts, cookies and cakes with one bag of 70% Dark Chocolate Drops, two of 100% Dark Chocolate Drops and two of Cocoa Powder. Ideal for savoury dishes too – enhance your glazes, gravies, ribs and roasts with deep notes of rich cacao.

 

Cocoa Powder
Two bags of our 100% pure cocoa powder: antioxidant-rich and non-alkalised, with a deep, mellow flavour. Perfect for baking, drinks and savoury dishes.

 

100% Dark Chocolate Drops
You’ll receive two rounds of 100% dark chocolate drops, made from cacao beans and nothing else, leaving you free to choose how much sweetness you want to add – if any! Great for making recipes like Flourless Chocolate Mousse Cake, Cacao-Spiced BBQ Ribs and Mocha Pots with Nib Cream.

70% Dark Chocolate Drops
We make these drops with exactly the same grade of dark chocolate we use for our pralines and truffles – no compromise on taste or authenticity. Perfect for making Chocolate Brownies, Chocolate Strawberry Tarts and Chilli Con Chocolat
