Amongst our collections, our Slabs are the closest relative to the classic chocolate bar. They’re your mid-afternoon snack kind of chocolate. More than a treat for someone else, they’re a little gift for yourself — whenever and wherever you need it.

Like the rest of our collections, they’re made with the highest quality ingredients, such as our ethically sourced cacao, meaning they’re still very much a premium chocolate. Only, we made some changes so they can fulfil the same part of your everyday.

The main factor? We call it ‘snapability’. Part of the beauty of a chocolate bar is the ease in which you can break a bit off now and save the rest for later. Or just as easily devour it all in one sitting. We’ve refined the texture to fulfil this perfectly, giving you the satisfying snap that offers a form of comfort in itself.

Plus, Slabs can be used for cooking and baking too. Keep a few in the cupboard, and you never know when they’ll come in handy.

It’s come to define many of the most popular chocolate bars on the market today. But in the mass production of chocolate bars, are standards slipping?

Adding large amounts of sugar to chocolate is cheaper for manufacturers. However, it also masks the nuanced flavours that cacao has to offer.

With our 40% Milk Chocolate Slab, we’ve vowed to stick to what we know is best and retain this perfect balance of cacao and cream. The sweetness is more subtle and the end result is far more indulgent and rich. Going back to basics has never tasted so good.

90% Dark Chocolate Slab: for nuanced cacao notes

Lovers of dark chocolate may already feel they’re toying with the extremes. Our 90% Dark Chocolate Slab is a whole different ball game. And when it pairs so perfectly with coffee, it’s screaming out for an invitation to your afternoon break time.

That high percentage may teeter on the brink of scaring you away — but prepare yourself for a new chocolate experience, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. The blend of cacao beans we use is actually very mellow. Plus, it’s enhanced with coconut sugar to provide a malty, caramelised taste.

As delicious as they are, sadly, desserts just aren’t always that practical. It takes time to whip them up to and it can feel like a lavish way to satisfy a cacao craving. Unless you have your favourite in the form of a luxury chocolate bar.

Ensuring you can have exactly what you want, when you want, we created the Mississippi Mud Pie Chocolate Slab. And we’ve not spared any of the frills. You’ll get chocolate pastry, chocolate brownie, chocolate cream and whipped cream with every bite.

The Eton Mess Slab Selector is another slice of pudding-inspired paradise, this time inspired by the British summertime classic.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar: nutty decadence

Few do the combination of salty and sweet quite like the pairing of chocolate and peanut butter. And that’s without touching on the textures both of these components bring to the table. Crunch and creaminess; it deserves all the respect it gets.

With our Chocolate Peanut Butter Slab, we were careful to do justice to both attributes, finessing the taste and texture. Our peanuts are lightly enhanced by a touch of sea salt so they can perfectly complement our 40% cacao caramel milk chocolate. And large pieces of roasted pieces are embedded within the ultra-smooth chocolate.
