Jenny MillsI have been at Watford Hotel Chocolat since it opened as the first shop in 2004.
Working in many retail positions before this, I knew I wanted to remain in a customer Service focused role and work my way up, which I achieved. However I never found I company that I loved and a Brand I wanted to shout about....until now.
Each day is different and the role is very fast paced so you never get bored. We have some amazing guests in our store and how better to spend your day than with people who have the same obsession with chocolate as I do! I am currently undertaking the Chocolate Diploma, expanding my knowledge and being able to go into depth about Cocoa and the History with our Guests.
Hotel Chocolat has evolved so much in the last 10 years and I am very excited to see where it is heading. I feel I still have so much to learn and each day brings something new.
