In 2004, we opened our first store in Watford, which we’re proud to say triggered a luxury chocolate revolution in the UK. More than ten years later, we now have stores all over the country, as well as in Denmark, plus a loyal following of luxury chocolate lovers. Our values have driven our success and continue to be paramount to who we are and what we do. We believe in originality, authenticity and ethics.
We take a revolutionary approach to chocolate-making, providing the very best luxury products for our customers, and we’re in need of great people to do it. Quick answers to the most frequently asked questions about working with us
1. Do I need to have a valid work permit?
Yes, you will need to show that you have the right to work in the specified country before you start work: It’s the law and sounds boring but we do all that sort of stuff properly!
2. What benefits will I receive?
We think people should be able to decide this for themselves so we concentrate on providing decent salaries and healthy holiday entitlements. We also offer exciting educational and development opportunities.
3. How will I be expected to dress?
Generally within the business the rule is anything from smart casual to as formal as you like! You won’t see a lot of ties worn but we take care about our appearance because we all believe we are ambassadors for our brand. Within stores we provide our fabulous staff with what they need. In our manufacturing and warehousing areas we will make sure you have, and wear, the correct personal protection equipment.
4. Do I need to have retail experience?
No, but you do need passion and a love for chocolate and people.
5.When can I expect to hear about the outcome of my application?
We don’t hang around: If we want you we’ll grab you. Even if we don’t have the perfect job for you now we keep the best applications on file for six months unless you tell us otherwise.
6. What are the opportunities to progress and develop within the Company?
We are committed to helping individuals to reach their maximum potential by providing opportunities for development. We do this by providing regular training opportunities and advertising all vacancies internally. You can also talk to your manager regarding your career development and he or she will involve the people development team where appropriate. As the company is growing so fast the opportunities are always changing.

8. How often are the vacancy pages updated?
The pages are updated as soon as we have a vacancy. Vacancies are only removed once someone has been appointed.
