Our chocolatiers donned chef hats to whip up your favourite summer cakes and bakes, in chocolate form. Puddings, petit fours and pies recreated with the flair of a chocolatier. Pick and choose from fifteen different recipes for a decadent taste of summer.
Our Summer Desserts Sleekster had to include our classic Carrot Cake and Caramel Cheesecake options. However, it wouldn’t be summer without indulging in a serving of berries and cream: our Strawberry Cheesecake and Raspberry Jam & Clotted Cream offer our own twist on the summertime classics, boasting creamy 36% white chocolate and tangy real fruit flavours.
And we don’t stop there. From our menu, you can expect Mississippi Mud Pie, Chocolate Macaron, Raspberry Macaron, Blood Orange Sorbet, Lemon Meringue Pie, Passion Fruit Cheesecake, Melon Sorbet, and Vanilla Macaron. New to the party is our Cherry Coconut Slice — a Hotel Chocolat twist on the traybake, complete with juicy cherry compote and a sprinkle of desiccated coconut.
We’re also proud to announce that our Passion Fruit Cheesecake and Chocolate Macaron are now palm-free.
Don’t worry if you don’t know where to start: whilst you may have to settle for just the one serving in a restaurant, our Summer Desserts can be enjoyed whenever you desire. They’re perfect for sharing — or for when you want second helpings.
We make our Summer Desserts with real fruit and whipping cream to capture the authentically zippy fruit flavours found in the best summer puds. Real cream adds a smoothness like no other, mellowing out tangy notes and sumptuous caramel flavours.
