Who doesn’t love a cocktail in the heat of the sun? Our Cocktails to Chill require less effort than your typical cocktail, but are just as tantalising. Ideal for picnics, garden parties, or for when you need a quick pick-me-up, our Cocktails to Chill recipes showcase an array of zippy cocktails sealed in high cacao chocolate...

Passionfruit Martini - we’ve sealed a splash of prosecco, a burst of passionfruit and a dash of vodka in deep 70% dark. Deep cacao flavours bring out fruity notes of passionfruit and fizz. 


Lychee Martini - enjoy shaken or stirred. Either way, our Lychee Martini promises delicate lychee and passionfruit notes alongside a generous glug of vodka. 


Mojito - you just can’t beat tradition. We make our Mojito the authentic way: strong on the rum, brightened with tastes of zingy lime. We use our very own St Lucian rum, to add a touch of authenticity. 


Raspberry Daiquiri - Chilled to perfection. Punchy rum, tangy raspberry and a twist of Mexican lime for an added bite.

At Hotel Chocolat we have an unwavering dedication to using only real ingredients in our creations. That’s why our Cocktails to Chill are made with real pressed fruit, decorated with natural colours and boozed-up with a generous measure of premium alcohol.

We only ever use alcohol that we would drink ourselves, which is why we’ve used the best spirits in each chocolate. Enjoy these just as they are, or pop in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes to experience an instant shot of zesty refreshments. Cheers to that!
