We’re very proud of our white chocolate. Unlike many other white chocolates, we make sure ours has a minimum of 36% cocoa butter, the natural fat extracted from the bean after processing. Cocoa butter is naturally creamy with a delicate cocoa flavour, and it is mixed with sugar and cream to make a beautifully melting, decadent chocolate. 

We’ve packed this indulgent slab with plump, juicy Turkish raisins which give a burst of sweetness with a touch of tartness to create a great contrast to our creamy chocolate. The chunky, gently roasted walnuts bring a crunch while also imparting the mellow rounded flavours of the nut. 

We think this slab is a wonderful mixture of textures and flavours - but it’s not just us! This White Fruit and Nut Slab selector won the Academy of Chocolate’s Bronze award in 2017, so we think it’s a great choice if you’re on the hunt for a luxury white chocolate bar.
