There's only one way to do it: a generous measure of the real thing. Our Classic Champagne Truffles are the perfect little nibble for a spot of me-time. A lightly dusted 40% milk chocolate shell. filled with a smooth ganache that contains a splash of real Mercier Champagne. Most chocolate makers use Marc de Champagne – a fiery spirit made from grape skins and stalks. But we think authenticity tastes better. For something a little more rounded and warming, bite into our 70% dark Rum truffles. They’re filled with golden rum that’s distilled just down the road from our own Rabot Estate cacao farm in Saint Lucia. Deep and creamy all in one, crafted to melt slowly on your tongue, releasing deep alcohol warmth and all the nuanced notes of our signature dark chocolate grade. Find rum in another form in our Mojito chocolates, this time encased in 36% white. Though still strong on the rum, these tipsy nibbles also shine a light on the fragrant flavours of crushed mint and zingy lime for an unmistakable taste of the Caribbean. Dark chocolate contains minimum 70% cocoa solids. Milk chocolate contains minimum 40% cocoa solids, minimum 20% milk solids. White chocolate contains minimum 36% cocoa butter, minimum 27% milk solids.
