To begin, we have our Pistachio Praline Selector. Bite into smooth caramel chocolate and release a wave of super-silky pistachio praline. Our mellow caramel-milk allows the pistachio notes to shine in all their glory. Best of all? You have six chocolates to savour over, and over again.
Next up, our zippy Raspberry & Pistachio Selector. We brought together two of our favourite ingredients to create a zingy then mellow harmony of bold fruit and smooth praline, which we wrapped up in smooth, 70% dark chocolate and crowned with pistachios for added crunch.
And last, but by certainly no means least is our Pistachio & Honey Slab. Think all the best bits of baklava: silky honey, rich nutty crunch and layers of taste and texture – but with a chocolatier’s spin. We melted honeyed caramel chocolate then generously stirred in whole roasted pistachios for this smooth yet crunchy creation.

Ingredients: cocoa solids (cocoa butter, cocoa mass), sugar, full cream MILK powder, PISTACHIO NUTS, pistachio nuts paste (PISTACHIO NUTS, rapeseed oil), ALMOND NUTS paste, butter oil (from MILK), skimmed MILK powder, raspberry juice concentrate, caramelised sugar, stabiliser (sorbitol), glucose syrup, emulsifiers (SOYA lecithin, sunflower lecithin), whipping cream (cream (from MILK), stabiliser (carrageenan)), honey powder, flavouring, colours (carotene, paprika extract), acidity regulator (citric acid), concentrate of spirulina.
Dark chocolate contains minimum 70% cocoa solids. Milk chocolate contains minimum 34% cocoa solids, minimum 22% milk solids. Caramel milk chocolate contains minimum 36% cocoa solids, minimum 26% milk solids.
