We’re passionate about our fruit and chocolate flavour pairings and, once we’d found our authentic passion fruit puree, we knew we were on to a winner. Our passion fruit chocolate bar delivers that tangy passion fruit surge on a wave of white chocolate. 

The truly remarkable flavour of our passion fruit puree captures the tart flavour, exotic aroma, and bright-colour of this tropical delight’s flesh. It’s easy to imagine being under the equatorial sun eating one of these fruits picked straight from the tree! Our products contain nothing artificial, ever, and our Passion Fruit Chocolate Bar is no exception. 

We have taken our puree and showcased it in a recipe which enhances its authenticity. The heavenly balance between the tanginess of passionfruit and the creaminess of our white chocolate is too good to miss! 

Our luxurious and delicate white chocolate contains 36% cocoa butter, a much higher content than is usually found in white chocolate. The higher cocoa-butter content gives exceptional silkiness to the chocolate, and as cocoa remains our star-ingredient, the sweetness is muted, meaning it pairs perfectly with the tang of passionfruit.

This bar is by no means a product for an immature palate, although we’re confident you’ll struggle to keep little fingers away once the pack is open! As our selectors are three for £12 it might be worth making sure there are enough to go round!
