Our 45% Nutmilk Hot Chocolate is everything you expect from a Hotel Chocolat milk but veganised. We use creamy roasted hazelnuts instead of milk to add that classic smooth and mellow mouthfeel to every bite. With 45% cocoa powder, this is not your usual milk. When you velvetise it, you release all the praline top notes for an exceptionally satisfying mouthful.
Just add 35g - around 6 teaspoons - to the Velvetiser pot with your choice of plant or nut milk. In just 2.5 minutes our in-home chocolate system creates a cup of whipped velvet. Like drinking a liquid praline. Just relax, velvetise and enjoy.
There’s no mess, no fuss and no pans to clean. Of course you can prepare our Nutmilk 45% drinking chocolate with a pan and a whisk. Just take care not to boil the hot chocolate which can compromise those complex flavours and aromas.
