At Hotel Chocolat, we’re partial to a tipsy truffle and lavish liqueur. Our experience running two bars — one in London’s Borough Market and one on the tropical isle of Saint Lucia — has allowed us to unite our love of coffee and cacao with a keen appreciation of fine spirits. The Espresso Velvetised Cream is our take on the classic espresso martini cocktail. It features strong coffee notes, tempered by the creaminess of real white chocolate.
