To balance all that buttery caramel, our chocolatiers finished these mini eggs with high-cacao caramel-milk chocolate. Dialling up the cacao content allows all those intricate cacao notes to shine through, without overwhelming the maltiness of the caramel.

Caramel milk chocolate contains minimum 36% cocoa solids, minimum 26% milk solids.
