Ideal for picnics, garden parties and beyond, these recipes showcase an array of zippy cocktails sealed in high-cacao chocolate. No mixology skills necessary.
Our Cocktails to Chill are made with generous measures of premium alcohol. You can enjoy them just as they are or pop them in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes to further elevate the zesty refreshment. Cheers to that!
Here are the four Cocktails to Chill recipes:
Passion Fruit Martini – a splash of Prosecco, a burst of passion fruit and a dash of vodka sealed in 70% dark. The deep cacao flavours of the dark chocolate bring out the fruity notes of passion fruit and Prosecco.
Lychee Martini – delicate lychee and passion fruit notes alongside a generous measure of vodka, shaken then served in high-cacao white chocolate.
Mojito – we make our mojito the authentic way: strong on the rum, brightened with zingy lime notes and refreshing mint. Into high-cacao white chocolate, we pour all this along with rum from Saint Lucia, home to our cacao farm and bar, for an extra touch of authenticity.
Raspberry Daiquiri – punchy rum, tangy raspberry and a twist of lime for added bite, in luxuriantly creamy, high-cacao white chocolate.
