We’re proud to grow some of our own cacao, on our Rabot Estate cacao farm in Saint Lucia, home to the original Cacao Bar; it’s here that we first infused cacao shells into vodka to create a malty, deep flavour.

We’ve taken our passion for chocolate and love of a top-quality tipple and combined the two. By melting golden salted caramel into cacao-infused vodka, we’ve created a drink brimming with rich notes of dulce de leche, while a gentle tang of sea salt ensures it’s not too sweet. Perfect for drinking over ice, or shaking into your favourite cocktail, this spirit is flavoursome and comforting.
