Our real cream peppermint truffle is smooth and creamy, but not sugary. Cocoa is always the star ingredient in our products, never sugar, and our peppermint chocolate selector is no exception. We consider our peppermint truffle centre an upgrade on traditional sugar fondant centres - more creaminess, less sugar!
The 70% cocoa mint dark chocolate outer is rich, full-bodied and brightened by the infusion of peppermint oil. We purposely selected a slender bite-sized shape for this one - to ensure the satisfying crack of bitter dark chocolate is followed by the creamy zing of the minty truffle centre.
