Thinner than our classic chocolate truffles, but still big on flavour. Our classic 70% dark has a deep and intricate flavour profile which lends itself beautifully to the fresh undertones of peppermint.

Smooth and indulgent, we’ve flavoured our truffles with bright, cooling Tasmanian peppermint for an uplifting finish. We only ever use real ingredients - anything artificial risks overpowering the whole chocolate. Besides, why would we use anything else when nature offers everything we need?

Because we directly grow some of our very own cocoa beans on our St Lucian farm, we understand how to treat the cocoa bean with care in each stage of production, retaining all those delicate notes from bean to bar.
