We selected grey sea salt from the salt marshes of Guérande on the French Atlantic coast. This protected natural site covers over 2,000 hectares and uses thousand-year-old techniques to produce salt with high levels of minerals. The addition of salt to dark chocolate introduces a contrast of flavours creating a tasting experience quite unlike any other.
Our 70% cocoa dark chocolate has deep, rich flavours. The touch of sea-salt accentuates these, whilst mellowing any bitter hues.
