This summer, spend five days at Rabot Hotel hosted by London-based wellbeing expert, chef and best-selling author of award-winning East by West - Jasmine Hemsley - for a wellbeing retreat inspired by Jasmine’s passion for Ayurveda.

Enjoy daily yoga, educational talks, and sound baths, with the backdrop of the lush rainforest, along with nature walks through the beautiful 140-acre Rabot Estate. At mealtimes, tuck into a delicious menu designed by Jasmine in partnership with Rabot Hotel, using fresh, seasonal, and local produce. Leave feeling reinvigorated and inspired to know your mind-body better.

There’s a world of experiences to discover across the hotel's Rabot Estate, and beyond. Guests on the retreat will be able to learn about our sustainable approach to cacao-growing, explore the diverse nature on the estate trails, enjoy a dip in the mud baths at the nearby Sulphur Springs, hop on a complimentary shuttle to the nearest beach and indulge in wellbeing treatments at the spa*.

Guests will receive an exclusive goody bag of tools to help them take the ancient wisdom they learn, home with them.

What does the 5-night package include?

5 nights in a Luxe Lodge (Check in: 23rd July; Check-out: 28th July)

Flights are not included in the price – please find more information on booking travel to Saint Lucia here. We will be providing a scheduled, complimentary airport transfer to Rabot Hotel on the 23rd July and back to the airport on the 28th July. Transfers at alternative times or to elsewhere on the island are not included. Please ask our reservations team for more information.
*Anything not included in the package can be charged to your room for payment on check-out.

How much is the retreat?

Early bird pricing available until 31st May 2024. Total cost for the 5-night retreat package:

$2,500 per person, for a single occupancy room

$4,000 for two people, sharing a room

What are the booking terms & conditions?

Paying for your booking

A three-night deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. The equivalent of one night fee is non-refundable at point of booking. The balance of the stay is payable 21 days prior to arrival. Any extra costs incurred during your stay, must be paid at the hotel when you checkout. Cash, credit or debit cards are welcome in settlement of your hotel account. Cheques are not accepted as payment.

All prices are quoted, and payment is taken, in US Dollars and include tax and service. A government levy of $6 per person per night is also excluded and due upon arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation

As a small hotel, unexpected cancellations can make a big impact to us. Please therefore give us as much notice as possible if you intend to cancel your booking. The equivalent of one night fee is non-refundable at point of booking. We are unable to refund any of the package from 21 days before the intended arrival date.

Force majeure:

After the cancellation horizon has passed, if a Hurricane Warning is issued by the Saint Lucia Meteorological Service, or similar event out of our control, which means you cannot travel from the UK to Saint Lucia for the retreat, the retreat will be cancelled. Deposits already received from guests may be applied to any future bookings. Refunds will not be given but deposits can be used for a future date.
