As a member of Hotel Chocolat Insiders what will I be required to do?
Hotel Chocolat Insiders is your opportunity to shape the future of Hotel Chocolat. After you've signed up, we will email you to ask a few questions about your preferences. We will use these preferences to tailor surveys to the areas you’re most interested in. We may also invite you on occasion to try new creations in-store.
Will I be able to try new Hotel Chocolat products?
We may on occasion invite you to try new creations in-store. As and when opportunities arise for new creations to try, we will send you all the information required to collect them in store.
Can new creations be sent to my home address?
Unfortunately we are not able to send any products to guests’ homes as part of the Hotel Chocolat Insiders membership.
I am an ex-Inventing Room member, will I automatically be selected to be a Hotel Chocolat Insider?
We recognise the importance of the detailed and passionate feedback from our previous subscribers – therefore all Inventing Room members will be given the opportunity to become a Hotel Chocolat Insider.
Can I choose to only take part in some of the surveys that I’m sent?
Of course – while we value all feedback, there is no mandatory requirement to respond to everything we send. You can choose which you wish to take part in and which you’d rather not.
How often will I be asked to feedback?
You’ll receive surveys and feedback requests on an ad-hoc basis. We know time is precious and we appreciate you sharing a little of yours to tell us your thoughts.
Can I leave Hotel Chocolat Insiders once I’ve joined? How?
Yes, simply hit unsubscribe on any Hotel Chocolat Insiders related email and you’ll no longer receive any emails from us.
