We may have made our chocolate more inclusive, but that doesn’t mean we’ve made any compromises of flavour. These dapper chocolate bunnies are perfect for the milk chocolate lover, as they have all the meltingly mellow and creamy flavour notes that a milk chocolate brings - without the milk!

We used 45% cocoa which we think is the perfect way to showcase the rich cocoa notes without making it too intense, as we temper it with a creamy, smooth flavour and texture.

We directly grow some of our cacao beans on our plantation in St Lucia, which gives us an in-depth knowledge in how to bring out the best in our cocoa.
