Bean to Bar Experiences
Your friendly guide and mentor will be one of Hotel Chocolat’s skilled chocolatiers. After watching an expert tempering demonstration over a glass of Prosecco, you’ll make your own bar of chocolate straight from the bean by hand – a delicious souvenir that you can take home, along with a goody bag of our chocolates.
You’ll be in good hands: Hotel Chocolat is one of the few chocolatiers that actually grows cocoa. We plant and grow cocoa trees on our plantation in Saint Lucia, harvest the pods, and then dry and ferment the beans before roasting them and grinding them into chocolate for use in our recipes

Tasting and learning how to make chocolate, what a great way to spend a couple of hours on a Saturday. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend it to others :-)

Bean to Bar
Fantastic Birthday experience, shared with my girlfriends. We all had a great time, from the prosecco to the chocolate making. Really enjoyable afternoon spent with the Hotel Chocolat team. Special thanks to Arran for arranging it all and to the team for giving us a great chocolate making experience. Would definitely recommend
