We want your chocolates to arrive in perfect condition. Therefore we:- Ship Monday through Wednesday (and Thursday for Next Day) to avoid the chocolates hanging around over the weekend.
- Strongly recommend selecting “insulated packaging” option if the delivery destination is more than 70°F (21°C). There is a $5 charge to cover the cost of the insulated packaging. Avoid chocolate soup!

- UPS Next Day Air Saver: Next business day delivery by 3:00PM
- UPS 2 Day Air: 2 business days, delivery by the end of the day
- UPS Ground: 1-5 days depending upon destination.
