Orders placed by 2:30PM Eastern Standard Time will ship the same day from our Massachusetts facility.
We want your chocolates to arrive in perfect condition. Therefore we:- Ship Monday through Wednesday (and Thursday for Next Day) to avoid the chocolates hanging around over the weekend.
- Offer only “insulated packaging” options during the Summer months as all continental US delivery destinations are warmer than 70°F (21°C). There is a $5 charge to cover the cost of the insulated packaging. We do this to avoid chocolate soup!

What shipping services are available?- Insulated Packaging Options – Avoid chocolate soup!:
- Strongly recommended if the delivery destination is more than 70°F (21°C).

- If using insulated packaging, 2-Day or Next Day service must be used, as the stay-cool packaging will only protect the chocolates for a limited time. These are the only shipping options available during the warm Summer months.
- UPS Next Day Air Saver: Next business day delivery by 3:00PM
- UPS 2 Day Air: 2 business days, delivery by the end of the day
- UPS Ground: 1-5 days depending upon destination. This service is not available during the Summer months as the stay-cool packaging will only protect the chocolates for a limited time at higher temperatures.
