Sour Cherry Chocolate Selector

Don’t be fooled by their itty bitty size; these tiny truffles pack a mighty fruity punch! Tangy cherry is tempered by white chocolate, then surrounded by our rich 70% dark chocolate to give you a multilayered truffle that is tangy, sweet and rich.

The slightly-sour cherry nestles in a silky smooth white truffle which tempers the zesty notes of the dark red fruit with a touch of sweetness, but without overpowering with flavour. We thought the white truffle was the best way to emulate a drizzling of double cream over a black forest gateau.

To finish, our dark 70% chocolate encases the sweet and tangy truffle, melting slowly in the mouth to give a backdrop of rich cocoa, adding a rounded flavour to the experience. In fact, the cherry brings out the red fruit notes of the cocoa in our dark, complementing the flavour wonderfully.

We never use any artificial colours or flavours in our chocolates - we don’t need to. The zingy cherry inside and the beautiful colour puddle of the truffle are all natural. Nature provides us with the fabulous flavours and deep colours we need to make our chocolates just how we want them.
