These Pistachio Penguins bring together the delicate sweetness of caramel-milk chocolate and a near-savoury pistachio finish for a sophisticated festive nibble. The weather may be getting chilly, but these cute fellows are sure to make you smile and warm your heart. Our first jolly penguin friend came straight from the imagination of our in-house Chocolate Sculptress, who sketched and hand-carved the first mould. Little did we know just how much we’d adore its bobble hat and melt-in-the-mouth texture — so much so that we created a whole range of variations! Each petite penguin has a whole lot of character — and a vibrant pair of colour-coordinated welly boots to add that extra flair.

These six Pistachio Penguins are made from caramel-milk chocolate for an opening melt of gentle malty sweetness that contrasts beautifully with those irresistible pistachio notes. And, as you might expect, our caramel-milk chocolate is crafted from only the finest cacao beans. A high cacao content ensures that those nuanced flavours shine through and don’t become muted by excess sugar. The result? A truly satisfying tasting experience.
