The delightful zip of our lemon chocolate cheesecake comes from the flavours of mascarpone, lemon and white chocolate. We even added a touch of yoghurt to give it an unmistakable tang, and the zesty lemon top layer contains a squeeze of real lemon juice. Our products contain nothing artificial, ever, and our Lemon Cheesecake creations are no exception.

Our cheesecake is layered within a 36% cocoa butter white chocolate cup. The creamy, indulgent white chocolate is the perfect accompaniment to the sharp citrus kick of the lemon and tang of the mascarpone - adding a bit of sweetness without overwhelming. These delights are perfectly finished off with a scattering of shortbread biscuit pieces, providing that all important crunch typical of the classic dessert.
