These jolly penguins have waddled all the way from Antarctica, just in time for Christmas. Even our weather can’t take the smile off their faces - and for good reason. Inside they’re brimful with sumptuous molten caramel!
Our first flippered friend came straight from the imagination of our in-house chocolate sculptress, who sketched and hand-carved the first mould. We decided to use our mellow 40% cacao milk chocolate for our little penguins, as the creamy richness creates a decadent duet with the gooey caramel.
Our caramel may be indulgent, but it’s never too sweet, and nor is our chocolate. Our mantra is more cacao, less sugar, so that the flavours can shine through without being overpowered by sweetness. Our Jolly Penguins will give you the cacao richness in the chocolate and the rich molasses depth of the caramel, so you can enjoy every bite.
