Our limited-edition Matcha hot chocolate offers a creamy take on the classic, crafted with our 36% house white chocolate – and according to our mantra ‘more cacao, less sugar’ – to allow those umami notes to sing.

We source our ceremonial-grade matcha from 10 smallholder farmers in the Shizuoka district of Japan. The tea is shaded from the sun three weeks prior to picking, resulting in a deeper flavour and a lighter shade of green.

Like any good matcha, there’s a ritual to preparing this recipe – but rather than whisking by hand, these 10 sachets of Matcha hot chocolate are designed to be crafted in the Velvetiser®* – the complete system for hot and cold barista-grade drinking chocolate.
