While pecan brings a natural sweetness to these treats, a dash of sea salt adds balance to the delicate flavours within the praline. Our favourite thing about our Panned Pecan Nutmilk Pralines? They’re suitable for vegans! Now we’ve created our sublime Nutmilk, we can make even creamier vegan-friendly chocolates — the world of chocolate has been changed forever!

How do we make our Nutmilk? Well, instead of cow’s milk, we use hazelnut milk to create a 45% cocoa chocolate. After trying out a few different recipes, we found that hazelnut creates the best texture for chocolate and adds a very subtle hazelnut taste to the end result.

After trying it, you’ll never feel like you’re missing out on dairy milk chocolate again. Creamy. Smooth. A hint of hazelnut. In our humble opinion, we’ve really outdone ourselves with this one. Pour a glass of wine, cup of tea or soothing hot chocolate and just… relax.
