Our Triple Cherry Chocolate Selector recipe contains not one, but three distinct cherry layers – giving this much-requested fruit the recognition it deserves in one of our first-ever compote-ganache recipes. Bite into one of our Triple Cherry chocolates, and you’ll be greeted with a powerful fruit kick in a satisfying contrast of taste and texture. First, a jammy cherry compote with a soft fruit tang. Next, we blended sharp sour cherry with real whipping cream to create a creamy ganache with a surprisingly powerful punch, then layered it on top. And because the best things come in threes, we finally blended morello cherries with white chocolate to create a solid cherry-chocolate cap – a chocolatier’s take on the cherry on top.

This riot of cherry comes nestled in a decadent 70% dark chocolate cup. It was the natural choice for a blend of sour cherries and cream.
