Strawberry Cheesecake Selector

The zesty hit of strawberries, the creamy cheesecake tang and the smooth melt of our white chocolate; what’s not to love in our Strawberry Cheesecake Selector? We’ve used real strawberries to capture the taste of these quintessentially British fruits and transformed them into a bite-sized cheesecake morsel.

Strawberry purée lends a zesty hit to the first layer of this cheesecake selector, making sure the fruit is the star of the show. We’ve added a creamy layer on top, but added a touch of yoghurt and mascarpone to give it the authentic tartness of a cheesecake. We couldn’t help but add another layer of our white chocolate, but with a touch more strawberry flavour, and sprinkled some nibbly biscuit pieces on top to recreate the classic cheesecake crunch.

Cheesecake has a long history, and there is evidence to suggest that it was served to athletes during the first Olympic Games in 776 BC due to it being a good source of energy. We’re not sure if we could run the 100m after an entire cheesecake, but our Strawberry Cheesecake Selectors could give you a little boost before running - or, if you’re more like us, just to accompany you on the sofa on a summer’s evening.
