Simple White Chocolate Truffles Selector

This truffle may be simple, but that doesn’t mean we haven’t spent hours taste testing them and perfecting the recipe to create these sublime white chocolate morsels. A thick, luxurious white chocolate casing surrounds a classic whipped cream truffle, giving you an indulgent, but not too sweet truffle. 

The centre is satin-smooth, whole cream whipped up with hints of vanilla seeds. We didn’t want to overcomplicate matters here - it’s creamy and decadent, offering nothing more than the fragrant tastes of vanilla, and mellow white chocolate. 

We’ve encased this Simple White Chocolate Truffle Selector in our classic white chocolate, which we are particularly proud of. We’ve looked, but we can’t find anything on the market with as much cocoa butter and as little sugar as our own. 

Cocoa butter is a natural ingredient found in the cocoa bean, and our white chocolate is made with 36% of it. It has a delicate cocoa flavour that complements the sweetness of milk wonderfully, and it melts smoothly at around 37? - or as soon as you pop it in your mouth.
