On a trip to Paris to carry out some oh-so-important macaron research, our chocolatiers fell in love with both caramel and raspberry macarons. Torn between the two flavours, they tried them together and couldn’t get enough of the flavour fusion.
Back in the kitchen, they recreated what they tasted in chocolate — and ta-da! The Raspberry Macaron was born.
