Whilst we relish quintessentially British flavours, we also love experimenting with recipes from around the world. For our Pistachio & Honey Slab Selector we took inspiration from Lebanese cuisine, where they famously make the savoury-sweet combination work in baklava and halva.

Packed with roasted pistachios, this slab is bursting with all the mellow, earthy flavours of this sought-after nut. Not only do these pistachios offer a distinctive flavour profile, they also add a wonderful crunch – an exquisitely nutty contrast to the smooth honey-milk-caramel chocolate.

To capture the characteristic essence of honeyed baklava, we meld malty caramel-milk chocolate with soothing honeyed milk chocolate before stirring through those all-important pistachios.
