A squeeze of blackcurrant juice delivers an authentic fruity zing, all wrapped up in smooth 70% dark chocolate and presented in a purple-hued cacao shell. The result? A big hit of juicy blackcurrant and a gentle warming finish of Champagne, beautifully balanced in a silky ganache centre. The ideal treat for fans of tipsy truffles or fruity recipes.
