Our smooth milk chocolate has 40% cocoa content. Cocoa is the star ingredient in all of our products - this one is no exception. Our hazelnuts from the north-western region of Piedmont in Italy are specifically selected for their crisp pulp and fine, delicate flavour. Our golden juicy raisins are dried under the South African sun before being packed into this bar, along with almond pieces and dried cranberries. The mellow and creamy flavour of the chocolate perfectly complements the natural sweetness from the dried fruit along with the delicate nutty flavours.
