Each handmade cacao biscuit is studded with cacao nibs and hazelnut pieces for a texture that’s both buttery soft and exceptionally crunchy. This is lavished in a thick layer of mellow and creamy 40% milk chocolate. They’re then embellished with a very special guest – a charming milk chocolate penguin. Sporting bobble hats, these adorable wintry characters are filled with sumptuously smooth hazelnut praline (one of our chocolatiers’ specialities), which complements the real roasted hazelnut within the biscuit itself.

For a final flourish of festive flair, each biscuit is drizzled in white chocolate with a natural red hue that Santa would approve of.
