The snappable 40% cocoa chocolate casing contrasts delightfully with the succulent carrot, delicately spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg. We’ve layered this with a walnut and hazelnut praline. We’ve also given it an elegant finish with a refined white chocolate layer, decorated with shavings of real carrot for an extra bit of texture dimension and no hint of artificial colours or flavourings. This white chocolate vanilla seed topping alludes to the cream-cheese frosting typical of traditional carrot cake, whilst introducing a sophisticated flavour that balances the spice blend.
