The best type of caramel is made with lashings of butter: our butter-mint caramel is sumptuously smooth, with delicate and refreshing notes of mint running through to lift the rich flavours. We’ve layered our butter-mint caramel with a white crème to add in fragrant notes of vanilla, akin to that of a luxury créme caramel.

Encased in 70% dark chocolate, our Mint Chocolate Royale Selector is truly deserving of its regal accolade. Deep, rich notes of cocoa add a subtle bitterness, which cuts through the more mellow tastes of caramel and crème. We keep the cocoa quantity high in our dark chocolate to capture all of the cocoa bean’s intricate, delicate flavours, resulting in an exquisite multi-layered dark.
