HOW TO MAKE HOT DRINKING CHOCOLATE

Velvet smooth, creamy, comforting. Pick up a Podcup™ and we’ll show you how to make a hot chocolate with the ALL-NEW Velvetiser.

ALL ABOUT THE DIAL

Turn right for hot; left for cold. It’s that easy. LED lights will glow red for hot or blue for cold, and pulse while the Velvetiser goes to work. A yellow light indicates you’ve forgotten the milk or whisk. Here’s a demonstration.

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR VELVETISER

Be it the first time or the 50th, cleaning your Velvetiser is simple. Watch this video for a guide to your first clean. Below this you’ll find instructions on cleaning between uses.

CLEANING BETWEEN USES

• Unplug the Velvetiser and allow it to cool before cleaning 

• Remove the Velvetiser from its power base

• Wipe the inside of the Velvetiser with a soft sponge or cloth, warm water and a drop of washing up liquid

• Wash the lid and whisk in warm soapy water with a soft cloth to avoid damage to the surface

• Wipe the Velvetiser’s handle with a soft damp cloth. Do not use harsh detergents, bleach or abrasive cleaners.

• Make sure the Velvetiser is dry before putting it away or in storage, and keep it away from prolonged exposure to heat sources.
