One for the kids and adults alike, this slab is for everyone! We have tried to capture the soothing qualities of a creamy glass of milk with a freshly baked cookie and recreate them in this bar. We think we’ve achieved this, but you’ll have to be the judge!
The melt of cocoa butter combined with the crunch of cookies is sure to delight. We’ve gone further and added a touch of intrigue to this cookies and cream creation. This curiosity will have you coming back for more… the question is, will you finish it in one sitting?
We have taken molten white chocolate, folded in wafer-textured feuilletine, piped on pools of milk chocolate and finished this off with a scattering of cocoa and shortbread biscuit balls. Cocoa is the star ingredient in all of our products - this one is no exception! Our 36% cocoa butter white chocolate offers a creamy, milky flavour whilst our 40% cocoa milk chocolate adds a deep, chocolatey quality.
It's the texture of our Cookies and Cream chocolate selector which really sets it apart. Our crumbled shards of crispy buttery crepe adds a substance to the white chocolate that makes it hard to resist! Add to this, the crunch of the cocoa and shortbread biscuit balls and the result is a delight for the senses!
